About: Today's music industry is creating and distributing many new and exciting products, and whether artistic or technological, multiple intellectual property (IP) rights exist for each of them. This audit of the goods and services being sold by a hypothetical 21st century band will address the cross-section of IP rights in each product, as well as the agreements and other measures used by legal practitioners.
